Roberto (Rob) Durscki is the Senior Director of RWA (Real-World Asset) Tokenization at the Stellar Development Foundation, not the "Director of Tokenization, Stella".He is responsible for leading Stellar's efforts to create equitable access to the global financial system through the tokenization of real-world assets on the Stellar blockchain. Durscki has been focused on exploring the use of tokenization for assets like central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) and stablecoins, in addition to other real-world financial instruments. He has spoken at industry events to share insights on the potential of asset tokenization and the Stellar blockchain to transform traditional finance. Durscki is currently hiring for a counterpart role on the People Operations side at the Stellar Development Foundation, indicating the organization's growth in this area.
