Coinbase initially made the listing announcement on 11 April but then announced a delay due to technical difficulties.
However, on Monday, Coinbase confirmed the launch will occur on 23 April.

Prominent commentator Plazma speculated that Coinbase delayed the futures listing to align it with a potential spot listing. While that now seems unlikely, it does illustrate the optimistic sentiment driving Pepe’s price action.
Meanwhile, technical analysts are also bullish on Pepe. Max Schwartzman, renowned Pepe proponent, and CEO of Because Bitcoin, recently predicted that Pepe is primed for another explosive leg up, propelling it toward $0.00016. From its current price, this represents over a 2,200% gain.
Max cited Pepe’s recent pullback and considers it bullish for Pepe’s longer-term trajectory.
The analyst explained, “You can learn just as much (if not more) from a rejection at a key level as you can from a breakout. No one enjoys a pullback, but they are necessary and healthy.”
He continued, “After breaking out of a multi-month re-accumulation, Pepe tagged the 1.618 Fibonacci extension.
The good news here is that since the 1.618 is now officially confirmed as valid and in play, the 2.618 and 3.618 are also valid and in play. Very bullish for Pepe. I haven’t sold a single dollar of my bag, and I still expect multiples to be accomplished over the next couple of quarters.”
However, Pepe is not the only meme coin analysts are rallying behind. New presale Dogeverse is also turning heads as it steams toward the $10 million total raise mark.
