Spekter Games Milestones Year Achievements 2024 Company Founding Spekter Games was founded by Taehoon Kim, former CEO of nWay, after nWay’s acquisition by Animoca Brands. Stealth Development Work stayed in stealth mode, focused on building roguelite gameplay loops for chat-based super apps like Telegram. 2025 $5M Pre-Seed Funding The project raised $5 million in a round led by a16z Speedrun. LVP, BRV Capital, and other investors also took part. “Spekter Agency” Launch Spekter Agency went live as the flagship game on Telegram, shaped around arcade-style inspiration similar to Vampire Survivors. Open Beta & Persistence Spekter Agency entered open beta. It introduced persistent player progression and “Spark Core 2.0” rewards. Spekter Hub Launch Spekter Hub launched as a unified system to manage loyalty rewards across different game titles. On-Chain Integration Spek Vaults (digital collectibles) were introduced, connected with the TON and Soneium (Sony L2) blockchains.
