RISE Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain created by Sam Battenally, Hai Nguyen, and Sasha Mai Herbert for real-time applications and on-chain financial markets. It brings together EVM compatibility, parallel execution, low-latency transactions, and native on-chain order books to deliver fast, CEX-like performance while keeping the security and stability of Ethereum. RISE is built to support high-speed on-chain markets within the EVM.
