GRVT Milestones: Year Key Achievements 2022 The company was founded by Hong Gyu Yea, Aaron Ong, and Matthew Quek. It secured $2.1M in pre-seed funding to build a ZK-powered hybrid exchange. 2023 The team raised $5M in seed funding, led by Delphi Digital and ABCDE Capital. It also obtained a Class M Digital Asset Business License from Bermuda. 2024 Closed and open beta testnets were launched during this phase. The platform also became the first official Hyperchain on the zkSync (Matter Labs) ecosystem. 2025 Mainnet Alpha went live in January and recorded $1.3B in trading volume in its first month. The company also closed a $19M Series A round, taking total funding to $34M.
